St. 浪花直播 Transitional Grant Area

Map showing various counties involved in the grant. In Missouri, St. 浪花直播 City, and the counties of St. 浪花直播, St. Charles, Warren, Lincoln, Jefferson and Franklin are labeled as the Missouri H I V prevention region and Missouri counties of the T G A. On the Illinois side, the counties of Clinton, Madison, St. Clair, Monroe and Jersey are labeled as counties of the T G A in H I V prevention region. Counties of Calhoun, Macoupin, Bond, Fayette, Marion, Washington and Randolph are labeled as Illinois counties of H I V prevention region not in the T G A.

The St. 浪花直播 region receives Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) federal funding to provide services to people living with HIV/AIDS in seven counties in Missouri and five counties in Illinois. The map above outlines the counties that our region covers. To determine how much funding each service gets, federal legislation requires a community planning body to use a data-based approach to allocate funding to the services needed most and identified by people living with HIV/AIDS. The City of St. 浪花直播 then receives funds directly from HRSA and contracts out funded services to organizations and health centers in the region.
