The Shared Business Services Department (Shared Services) assists the Student Development division and its staff with their financial and business-related responsibilities.​
We are, through our model, committed to enhancing internal controls, reporting, and
finance-related services, while reducing costs across the division. We aim to provide
high-quality services that meet the needs specific to each department within the division.​

Shared Business Services supports the financial and strategic goals of the division
of Student Development, its constituent departments and activities.
The office maintains and monitors financial statements for division departments.

Budget Services supports strategic planning and budgeting by providing essential financial data and analysis relative to Student Development operations.

The Project Management Services supports Student Development Departments with the application of project management principles, tools, and methodology with the primary goal of continuously improving our ability to deliver structured, planned solutions within budget, on schedule, according to scope, and in the way that best contributes to accomplishing the University's Mission and Strategic Goals.
Capital Projects:
Oversees contract management, financial oversight, and capital planning for Saint ÀË»¨Ö±²¥ University's ancillary income divisions.
