This Office's functions are:

  • To monitor legislation as it relates to our non-discrimination and harassment policies.
  • To act as an internal auditor.
  • To provide educational programs on diversity and inclusion awareness and training on EEO and harassment policies.
  • To act as a resource for faculty, staff and students regarding diversity and the EEO and harassment policies.
Why is Saint 浪花直播 University an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer?

What is affirmative action?

The implementation of special recruitment and developmental efforts to overcome the underrepresentation of targeted groups to achieve a balanced and diverse faculty, staff, and student population. Target groups include persons of color, women, persons with different abilities, disabled veterans, and Vietnam era veterans.

Because of our legal and moral responsibility, the University will take all steps reasonably necessary to prevent harassment from occurring.

Diversity is understanding and appreciating that we are all different and recognizing each person's unique value, contributions, and potential. By recognizing and valuing our differences, we can fully immerse ourselves in the higher education experience, maintain effective relationships with our entire community, and create an inclusive environment that maximizes retention of our student body, faculty and staff.
